Vendor Terms of Agreement

Please Note:

Anyone wishing to sell food must fill out a concession application and pay concession fees.

While we encourage your organizations to increase public awareness, each vendor must offer free give-aways or games for passersby to play, along with any informational items you may have. Vendors (with the exception of Corporate Vendors in character costumes) will not be allowed to roam the festival grounds passing out any literature or promotional items.

If you offer inflatables, rides, interactive games or the like, please contact Sara Mason at 479-936-5487.

Arts & Crafts
Arts & Craft Exhibitors are limited to Exhibitors selling for a profit original paintings or drawings or original handmade/homemade crafts created and made by the exhibitor. Consignment sales will not be permitted. Screen printed or tie-dyed clothing, food items, and live plants must use the Novelty Booth Space form.

Concessions
Concessionaires are any vendors selling food from which they profit. Full Service Concessionaires sell a variety of items. Snack Concessionaires sell one or two items (i.e. roasted almonds, peanuts, etc.) Anyone wishing to sell food must fill out a concession application and pay concession fees.

Corporate
Corporate Vendors are vendors passing out free product or conducting a game or activity for which there is no charge and from which they will not profit. ONLY Corporate Vendors in character costume will be allowed to roam the festival grounds and pass out free product.

Non-Profit
Non Profit Vendors are any non-corporate vendors selling a product, or conducting a game or activity, for which proceeds benefit a Non Profit organization (i.e. churches, PTAs, civic groups, Scouts, etc.). All non-profit organizations must provide 501©3 letters. Anyone wishing to sell food must fill out a concession application and pay concession fees.

Novelty
Novelty Vendors are any vendors selling a product, or conducting a game or activity, for which there is a charge and from which they profit.

Political

Small Business
Small Business Vendors are any locally owned businesses (no chains) or offices with 25 or fewer employees who are selling a product, or conducting a game or activity, for which there may be a charge and from which they may profit.
